Dziś, tj .w poniedziałek 4 stycznia 2010 roku, zaczyna działać pierwszy w Polsce sąd internetowy. Będzie on rozpatrywał najprostsze sprawy cywilne (spory wynikające z umów, zazwyczaj o zapłatę). Z nowej ścieżki może skorzystać każdy.
Niezależnie od tego, czy mieszkamy w Warszawie, Gdańsku czy gdziekolwiek indziej w Polsce, w nowym roku możemy dostać wyrok nakazujący nam zapłatę – z Lublina. W takim orzeczeniu będzie najpewniej chodziło o nieuregulowane rachunki za światło, rozmowy telefoniczne, Internet czy podobne masowe usługi. Dostawcy tych usług zapewne pierwsi wstąpią na nową, elektroniczną, drogę dochodzenia roszczeń – przed e-sądem.
1 stycznia weszły w życie przepisy, a dziś, w poniedziałek 4 stycznia 2010 r., rusza ów sąd (formalnie jest to XVI wydział Sądu Rejonowego w Lublinie).
Szybka ścieżka
Do tej pory pozwy składało się w sądzie właściwym dla miejsca zamieszkania dłużnika. E-pozwy będą od tej zasady dużym wyłomem: trafią tylko do jednego sądu.
Wprawdzie z elektronicznej ścieżki będzie można skorzystać tylko w tzw. postępowaniu upominawczym, ale takich spraw jest ponad milion rocznie, a twórcy e-sądu liczą, że przynajmniej połowa trafi na nową drogę. Od razu powiedzmy, że jest ona dobrowolna, nadal będzie też istniało postępowanie „papierowe”, a o wyborze zadecyduje wszczynający sprawę, czyli powód.
Postępowanie upominawcze jest w ogóle możliwe, gdy dług nie budzi większych wątpliwości, dokumentują go np. faktury, rachunki. Procedura upominawcza obliczona jest na to, że pozwany z reguły jest winien, i jeśli roszczenie nie budzi wyraźnych wątpliwości, sąd wydaje nakaz zapłaty żądanej kwoty. Następnie wysyła go pozwanemu z pouczeniem, że ma w ciągu dwóch tygodni uregulować dług albo wnieść do sądu sprzeciw. W razie złożenia sprzeciwu sprawa toczy się normalnie, tzn. powód musi wykazać zasadność swego żądania. Jednakże niewielu się odwołuje i ponad 90 proc. spraw kończy się na nakazie.

No rany, certyfikat Merlina też jest blokowany w Chrome, a na wszystkich innych przeglądarkach traktowany normalnie. Po prostu go zaakceptuj i tyle.
Pewnie, skopanie certyfikatu to żaden powód do zarzutów. Albo mi się wydaje, albo w Chrome za nic nie ma opcji do akceptowania?

Zmień przeglądarkę. W grudniu Chrome blokowało mi dostęp do GMaila z tego samego powodu. Oczywiście, pod Firefoksem było ok.
Jak tylko dostanę link aktywacyjny, od razu wysyłam pierwszy pozew. Drugi odwlekam do początku lutego.
W swoim czasie opublikuję notę i przekonamy się, czy jesteś pesymistą czy realistą.
Chrome ma sporo innych zalet, nie po to się na niego przesiadłem żeby zaraz zmieniać, bo twórcy jakiejś strony coś skopali.
Ja jakoś nie widzę tych zalet ale powiedzmy że ma, co nie zmienia faktu że jeżeli są wady mocno przeszkadzające lub uniemożliwiające używania niektórych/wszystkich stron – po co się męczyć?
Skoro inne przeglądarki nie mają problemu z tym certyfikatem to pewnie coś jest na rzeczy. Chrome mogłoby się doczekać podstawowych opcji już nie wspominając o możliwości akceptowania certyfikatów.. :[
