Moim zdaniem słusznie. Po to na portalach mamy moderatorów, by do tego typu incydentów nie dochodziło. A jeśli nie mamy, to należy zadbać o to, by się pojawili.

Część serwisów działa tak że komentarze są dodawane automatycznie i moderatorzy przeglądają je raz na jakiś czas (np. tutaj) – logiczne jest że komentarz (artykuł itp) dodawany jest przez użytkownika (w przypadku firmy również – ale to tak swoją drogą) i trzeba chyba być idiotą żeby oskarżać serwis za coś z czym ma niewiele wspólnego – idąc tym tokiem rozumowania zamknijmy producentów samochodów które powodują wypadki, producentów noży które czasem służą do zabijania, serwisy hostingowe (ba! pozamykajmy wszystkie serwerownie [hosting] i cały, cały internet) bo ludzie "czasem" wrzucają tam "pirackie" pliki i na koniec pozamykajmy wszystkich ludzi do więzienia (hmmm kto wtedy pozamyka tych co mają zamykać?) bo wszyscy ludzie są mniej czy więcej niebezpieczni – czemu tego ostatniego nie wymyślili podczas walk z pornografią i hazardem?
W WordPressie jest wymóg podawania adresu email – aczkolwiek nie jest sprawdzany. Inne aplikacje jeśli wymagają podania adresu email to wymagają też aktywacji przez link wysłany na podany adres email (ale niekoniecznie i w zależności od ich konfiguracji).
Tak więc zgodnie z powyższym i zgodnie z zdrowym rozsądkiem jak się znajdzie pomówienie/obrazę na swoją osobę to się pisze prośbę o usunięcie i podanie danych autora o ile są (np. adres email, adres ip). Rozumiem, że mamy wprowadzić cenzurę prewencyjną i sprawdzać każdy jeden komentarz pojawiający się w jakimkolwiek serwisie w całkim internecie… Nie muszę chyba komentoważ powyższego bo jest to czysty absurd…

Zupełnie niesłusznie. Ponieważ kara się osobę/instytucję która nie dopuściła się popełnienia danego czynu. Kara się niewinnych. Kara się dlatego bo tak łatwiej. Kara się bo komuś myli się portal społecznościowy (gdzie treść tworzy każdy kto i kiedy ma ochotę) z redakcją (gdzie tworzą zatrudnieni redaktorzy i dziennikarze).
Dodatkowo Tobie myli się funkcja moderatora z jakąś hybrydą cenzor/sędzia. Moderator jest od tego aby egzekwować regulamin serwisu, a nie rozsądzać czy ten post jest już obraźliwy czy jeszcze nie, czy ktoś jest złodziejem, pedofilem, gwałcicielem czy nie, czy ktoś narusza czyjeś dobra czy nie. Od tego są sądy.
Jeden z najmądrzejszych komentów na OsNews jaki czytałem. Rodzi się pytanie, co się dzieje z instytucją prawa, jeśli zapadają takie wyroki? To już erozja totalna – polityka absolutna.
Jakoś nie jestem zdziwiony. Google to korporacja, która się politykom i innym korporacjom nie ma prawa spodobać. Pakiety biurowe za darmochę, umożliwia przechowywanie danych, wymianę poglądów na potężną skalę, stawia się cenzurze (Chiny). Wg mnie kwestią czasu jest "sprowadzenie regulacyjne do parteru".

Cóż – faszyzm z definicji rządzi współczesną gospodarką.
Poczekać jak tylko ktoś (jakiś Kowalski) wyda jakiś programik na GPL/BSD etc to go zamkną np. za konkurencję.

Faszyzm nie faszyzm ale niektórym firmom bardzo google nie odpowiada i dzięki lobbowaniu w rządach próbują ją wykończyć .
Może weźmiecie mnie za trolla, ale uważam, że człowiek ma prawo wyrazić własne zdanie.
Mówi się o księżach, że są pedofilami, dla mnie to po części jest prawda.
Jestem po stronie Google i tamtego człowieka co dodał wpis.

Co do całej sprawy, jeśli np: do radia/telewizji dzwoni słuchacz/telewidz i mnie lży, oczernia itd, a radio pozwala na to, tz, nie wyłącza mu mikrofonu to mogę iść na wojnę z kolesiem który mnie oczernił + pozywam media, że dają na to przyzwolenie. Jeśli koleś jest nie do namierzenia idę na woje tylko z mediami.
I jakoś nie widzę tutaj problemu – mam do tego prawo – "wolność" to broń obosieczna. A wyrok sądu to inna kwestia.
Na mediach (nie)stety musi spoczywać obowiązek kontroli tego co prezentują, albo kontroli tych co się wypowiadają – inaczej internet/telewizja/radio będzie na poziomie tego bezmuzgiego bydła co siedzi na ławce i drze ryja "ALE URWAŁŁ" i "JE…..Ć".
"Wolność słowa" też ma swoje granice, jeśli koleś ma dowody, czy przesłanki, że klecha jest pedofilem, powinien to zgłosić do prokuratury a nie na forum, portalu czy coś. Inaczej jest to lżenie i pomówienia.
Niech teraz google namierzają tego typa i jemu wytoczą proces… podobno to wstrętny i obrzydliwy gigant który zbiera wszystkie dane o nas…
