Trzecia edycja jednej z największych na świecie konferencji poświęconych tematyce otwartego oprogramowania odbędzie się w Paryżu w dniach 30 września – 1 października 2010. Konferencja stanowi forum dyskusji decydentów, przedstawicieli firm oraz społeczności Wolnego/Otwartego Oprogramowania i ma na celu wzajemne oddziaływanie różnych środowisk i stymulowanie otwartych inicjatyw, zarówno technologicznych, ekonomicznych, jak i społecznych.
Wśród prelegentów zaleźli się przedstawiciele społeczności i inicjatyw na rzecz wolnego i otwartego oprogramowania, takich jak Open Source Initiative, Apache Software Foundation, Eclipse Foundation, Mozilla, OW2, OpenOffice.org czy Eric Steven Raymond, jedna z czołowych postaci ruchu open source. Proszę o link do zródła dlaczego mężczyźni mają lepiej przystosowane mózgi. Moim zdaniem w tym wypadku o wiele wieksze znaczenie na nierówne ilości kobiet i mężczyzn mają czynninki środowiskowe.

Ale nie prawdziwe. Myślenie abstrakcyjne to nie klocki lego.
Np. zespół Aszergana (część jego objawów czasami jest zwana syndromem geeka). Którym tłumaczy się parę wybitnych postaci świata matematyki, czy informatyki (kobiety, rzadziej dostają taki bonus od życia, lub raczej lepiej sobie radzą z równowarzeniem negatywnych skutków).

@loomchild: równouprawnienie mamy od 100 lat i poza początkowym szturmem kobiet na męskie etaty po latach okazało się, że nadal na są ‘męskie’ nauki i ‘męskie’ zawody (jak i ‘żeńskie’).
Potrafisz mi jakoś wytłumaczyć, że fascynacja wojskiem to typowo męska zagrywka, a zakupy typowo żeńska? Wychowanie ma tu praktycznie nic, bo od lat wychowuje szkoła- a tam pełną parą walona jest do łba równość płci. No to dlaczego tak jest? Nie ma innego wytłumaczenia, jak to, że umysły mamy inaczej skonstruowane- przez naturę (dla wierzących przez Boga). Facet miał polować i zastawiać pułapki, oraz przywalić innemu samcowi jak chciał podkraść żarcie. Kobieta miała rodzić dzieci i przygotowywać posiłki- oraz dawać ciepło i poczucie, że warto ganiać za większym mamutem dla jej uśmiechu.
Linków wyjaśniających to znajdziesz w necie masę, jak i udowadniających, że zabawa lalkami i strach przed pięściami męża trzyma kobietę w domu jako pełnoetatowa matka. Ja wyznaję, że po coś natura rozdzieliła płcie i skoro dała im różne budowy układu mięśni, to czemu miałaby pozostawić taki sam umysł? Przecież jak robisz specjalizację, to pełną parą- no nie?
Całkowicie sie nie zgadzam – 100 lat (a właściwie znacznie mniej) to mało czasu na całkowitą zmianę. Zawody gdzie potrzebna jest siła fizyczna może i nie są dla każdej kobiety ale zabawa komputerem raczej jej nie wymaga. Nie każdy członek społeczności OS musi być geekiem, jest masa rzeczy do zrobienia. Mi się wydaje że w dużej mierze nierówność bierzę sie z takiego podejścia jakie prezentujecie – bo nie ma widzę naukowych podstaw, o działaniu mózgu wiemy niewiele (nie podaliście żadnego naukowego artykułu dlaczego kobiety nie nadają sie do pisania programów albo ogólnie do tworzenia projektów informatycznych, zresztą w firmach widzę coś odwrotnego – bardzo dobra jest różnorodnośc sposobów myślenia).
@loomchild: 100 lat to dokładnie wystarczający okres. Zważywszy, że zahaczył o 2 wojny (gdzie ginęło znacznie więcej mężczyzn), to emancypacja kobiet przebiegła wręcz ekspresowo. Nie wspominając o zdobyczach komunizmu w tej mierze. Obecne zróżnicowanie jest dokładnie dowodem na różnice w działaniu mózgu i osobowości. Wiem, że to może być szok, dla wyznawcy że każdy ma po równo- ale tak to właśnie jest. Natura jest cholernie asymetryczna i nie ma tam praktycznie miejsca na równy podział (co nie znaczy, że niesprawiedliwy).
Z dzieł okołonaukowych- dowolna pozycja o metodach NLP dla kobiet i mężczyzn, oraz ‘Płeć mózgu’.
A tak poważniej- możesz się nie zgadzać, ale ciężko spotkać kobietę którą rusza piękny silnik w nowiutkim VW, natomiast faceta- wręcz odwrotnie. W drugą stronę- dlaczego artykułów dla kobiet jest znacznie więcej niż dla facetów? Ano głównie dlatego, że one kupują a faceci podchodzą z praktycznego punktu widzenia- po co mi to? O upodobaniach filmowych, książkowych nie wspomnę- bo jak wiesz że jest literatura/filmy dla kobiet i dla mężczyzn- gdzie statystycznie dominują czytelnicy/kinomani danej płci. Przykładów można namnażać- wytłumaczenie jest jedno i oczywiste- różnimy się. Jak nie wierzysz, to nie wierz…
Choc nie zgadzam sie ze jest tylko jedno wytlumaczenie, za mamy pelna emancypancje i ze jest pod wzgledem rownouprawnienia dobrze, zgadzam sie ze sie roznimy. Tylko troche nie widze dlaczego projekty OS (i np studia informatyczne) maja byc zdominowane przez mezczyzn – wedlug mnie nie wynika to tylko z roznic w budowie mozgu, a w wiekszym stopniu z roznic kultorowych i z tewgo kto najpierw dorwal sie do stanowisk.
