Sprawa zapewne skończy się procesem, w którym obrona wykaże, że oskarżona nie miała zamiaru stworzyć kopii filmu w celu nielegalnego rozpowszechniania w sieci (na przykład). Zapewne nawet sąd uzna, że oskarżona już została ukarana za wykroczenie (filmowanie w kinie), więc żadnej dodatkowej kary nie zasądzi. I tyle.

Do zakazu filmowania niczego nie ma (właściciel kina powienien mieć prawo taki zakaz wprowadzić, jeśli tylko zechce), ale ma wiele do przyzwalania na pomiatanie sobą. Im więcej wolnego rynku, tym trudniej pomiatać człowiekiem.
@TPJ: Bzdura. Nikt Ci nie każe iść do kina. Nie podoba Ci się zakaz filmowania, to tam nie idź. W tej materii rynek jest wystarczająco wolny.
Poza tym zakaz nie jest narzucony przez właściciela kina, tylko przez właściciela filmu, który sobie nie życzy, żeby godzinę po premierze na torrentach się pojawiły "kamerówki". I tu również rynek jest wolny — nie podoba Ci się postawa właściciela praw do filmu, to głosuj portfelem i nie chodź na jego filmy.
"Tylko świnie siedzą w kinie!" Jednak trudno się dziwić nieświadomości tej Amerykanki. Jej narodowi nie było dane przeżyć hitlerowskiej okupacji, więc zapewne nie znała tego jakże aktualnego i dziś powiedzenia.
