Więc jeśli microsoft uważa, że Linux łamie jakieś ich patenty, to powinien dawno ujawnić które i zażądać zaprzestania ich łamania lub opłat.

Jeśli tego nie zrobił, to znaczy, że akceptuje taką sytuację.

Wszelkie próżniejsze pozwy są działaniem w złej wierze i mają na celu jedynie niszczenie konkurencji.

Podobnie zresztą TomTom, który rzekomo teraz dopiero odkrył łamanie patentów przez microsoft.
